Similar to the familiar rowing machine, the outdoor rower provides a great workout amongst users of all levels. The outdoor rower employs the users own body weight as resistance, working both the arms and legs by doing so, while also providing a cardiovascular workout.
All Adult Metal Outdoor Gym Equipment conforms to European Standard EN 16630.
All products are constructed from strong steel tubing and coated with solvent free zinc rich primer and thermoplastic powder coating. All fixings are constructed from high quality stainless steel and are tamper-proof.
