Simulating the action of horse riding, the ‘Horse Rider’ offers benefits to the upper and lower body muscles. Suitable to all levels of fitness, this piece of equipment works the whole body without the need for multiple workouts. The Horse Rider uses the body weight as resistance to promote a fun cardiovascular activity.
