Playground Design Review & Feedback

We present your proposal, gather valuable feedback and refine the design as needed.

From Proposal to Final Design

This is the stage where your project begins to take shape. Your Outdoor Play Expert will guide you through a tailored proposal, explaining the design rationale and how each element contributes to the overall play space. We’ll take the time to discuss your feedback, refine the finer details and make any necessary adjustments, ensuring the final design reflects your vision, requirements and practical needs.

Presentation

During the presentation, you’ll be guided through the proposal in detail.

We’ll show how the design responds to your brief, including key features, layout decisions and material selections. Visuals, plans and supporting information bring the scheme to life, so you can clearly understand how the space will work.

You’ll have the opportunity to ask questions, explore options and review the design in full before moving forward.

Feedback

This is where your input shapes the final design. You can highlight what works, what you’d like to adjust, and any new ideas you’d like to explore.

Each point of feedback is used to develop the proposal into a practical design that is aligned with how the space will be used.

What To Expect

The presentation and feedback stage is designed to be straightforward, collaborative and reassuring from start to finish.

You can expect a professional yet relaxed meeting, focused on open and honest discussion. Each part of the proposal is explained clearly, so you understand what’s been designed and the thinking behind it.

Following your feedback, the proposal will be refined as needed, with updates shared throughout. Further revisions or follow-up discussions may occasionally be required to finalise details, but the process is designed to keep these to a minimum.

By the end, you’ll have a well-developed design that reflects your requirements and is ready to move forward.
