With a dedicated production facility in Chester, Cheshire and local installation teams working regionally, we combine national reach with local expertise to ensure smooth, efficient project delivery from manufacture through to installation.
Playground Delivery Process
FREE Delivery on all orders*
All Creative Play products are made to order at our Chester workshop and delivered directly to your site ready for installation. Our outdoor play equipment is assembled on-site by our installation teams to ensure a safe and professional finish.
We manage the entire process for you, using our own vehicles or trusted transport partners to ensure reliable, on-time delivery in perfect condition.
*Free delivery assumes installation is required. Charges may apply for supply-only orders.

Playground Installation Process
FREE Installation* (when minimum spend is met)
We provide a full installation service for all products, manufactured to ISO9001 quality standards. For supply-only orders, detailed installation instructions are provided.
Installations are delivered by skilled UK-wide teams, supported by a dedicated Project Manager to ensure smooth delivery and clear communication. Where required, we also use carefully selected, fully vetted subcontractors to maintain our high standards.
On completion, an RPII-qualified inspector verifies compliance with BS EN 1176 and BS EN 1177 safety standards.

Parts are shipped to your site for our install team to assemble
2. Install Team Arrives
They prepare all groundwork for equipment installation
3. Project Manager
Supervising the installers, a Project Manager keeps you informed of progress
4. Equipment assembly
The team of highly skilled installers assemble equipment
5. RPII Inspection
The RPII qualified Project Manager inspects & certifies the playground
Delivery and Installation applies to UK mainland only.
Playground Maintenance & Aftercare
Ongoing maintenance and aftercare are essential to maintain safety standards and prevent damage or injuries.
Our dedicated aftersales team supports you from handover, offering guidance, maintenance and inspection packages, and training.
We also provide an Aftercare Pack, including instructions for checking fixtures and fittings, and an Operational Document to record inspections, helping ensure your playground remains safe and compliant.
