Ongoing maintenance and aftercare are essential to meet safety standards and prevent damage or injuries. Our dedicated aftersales team supports you from the moment your playground is signed off, offering guidance, maintenance and inspection packages.

At Creative Play, we deliver exciting, innovative playgrounds built to last, but playgrounds don’t look after themselves! Ongoing maintenance and aftercare are essential to meet safety standards and prevent damage or injuries.

Our dedicated aftersales team supports you from the moment your playground is signed off, offering guidance, maintenance and inspection packages, and training. After installation, an RPII-qualified Project Manager ensures all equipment and surfacing meet BSEN 1176/1177 standards.

We also provide an Aftercare Pack, including instructions for checking fixtures and fittings, and an Operational Document to help you record your findings, giving you confidence that your playground remains safe and compliant.

Packages We Offer

Play Equipment Maintenance Packages

To ensure ongoing safety and compliance with BSEN 1176, Creative Play offers regular maintenance, parts supply, and rapid response to any urgent safety issues.

Package 1 – Operational Inspection/ Service £295 ex VAT

(Lead Time 4-6 Weeks – Recommended every 3-4 months)

Through Operational Inspection by a Creative Play RPII trained inspector
Renewal of any worn moving parts such as bolts/links etc on Creative Play Equipment
Tightening up all of your equipment
Full report for your H&S records
Quotation for any chargeable repairs

Package 2 – Annual Inspection/ Service £495 ex VAT

(Lead Time 12 -14 Weeks)

Thorough Annual Inspection by a Independent inspector
Thorough Operational Inspection by a Creative Play RPII operational trained inspector (within 3 months of the annual inspection)
Renewal of any worn moving parts such as bolts/ links etc. on Creative Play equipment
Tightening up of all your equipment
Full report for you Heath & Safety records
Quotation for any chargeable repairs
