The leg stretch offers the perfect warm up or cool down after any exercise routine, enabling the user to fully stretch and minimalizing injuries. Its aim is to help prevent lactic acid build up in the muscles, while promoting social interaction, as the Leg stretch can be used independently by up to 3 users.
