Tai Chi Discs
Using simple coordination, the Tai Chi discs look to exercise the mind and body to improve mental agility. While also increasing flexibility in the wrists, arms and shoulders, this equipment is ideal for warming up and cooling down. Standing at different heights, the discs allow for up to two users at various ability levels.
All Adult Metal Outdoor Gym Equipment conforms to European Standard EN 16630.
All products are constructed from strong steel tubing and coated with solvent free zinc rich primer and thermoplastic powder coating. All fixings are constructed from high quality stainless steel and are tamper-proof.
