Twist n Step
Providing two workouts in one, this clever piece of equipment is designed to improve core strength, flexibility, and cardio fitness. This allows for a light mid-body warm up using the waist twister, and a cardiovascular one on the stepper. The waist twister aims for its user to improve their flexibility by holding on to the bars and rotating from left to right. The stepper targets both upper legs and buttocks muscle groups to improve strength and mobility.

All products are constructed from strong steel tubing and coated with solvent free zinc rich primer and thermoplastic powder coating. All fixings are constructed from high quality stainless steel and are tamper-proof.
