Materials

Our products are built using high-quality, durable, and sustainable materials designed for long-lasting outdoor performance. The majority of our timber uprights are made from UK-sourced pine, square cut from the heart of the tree to prevent splitting, and pressure treated (chrome and arsenic free) to resist rot and infestation. Round timbers measure 125mm, square timbers 90mm, and all are guaranteed for 20 years. Eko grip boards, made from robust post-consumer recycled material with a slip-resistant thermoplastic elastomer surface, provide safety and durability for platforms and floors.

We use 80% Post-Consumer Recycled (PCR) HDPE ‘Playtec PCR’ coloured panels for non-structural design elements, available in a range of colours. All fixtures and fastenings are high-quality, rust-resistant, tamper-proof, and designed for strength and outdoor durability. Our ropes and nets use steel-reinforced, multi-filament polypropylene with a tested safe load of 9,000kg and are guaranteed for five years against structural failure. Steel components are zinc primed, galvanised, and powder coated for maximum protection and strength, ensuring every product is built to last in any environment.

With three state-of-the-art CNC machines on site in our dedicated manufacturing facility, we have the capability to produce virtually any design to meet your client’s exact specifications.

As an equipment manufacturer, opposed to a distributor, we are in full control of manufacturing time-scales and priorities. Your trade purchase is covered by our individual material or manufacturer’s guarantees. These are some of the longest product guarantees in the industry!
