Our journey with individual trim items
Our highly skilled design team have built a wide range of play options, allowing us to offer a range of individual trim trail items that can either be added to an existing trim trail arrangement, or placed as a standalone item in a wider playground space.
We have been helping build and install high-quality outdoor playground equipment for over 20 years and are focused on offering options that help children enjoy the best play experience they can.
We’re accredited with several standards organisations including CHAS which checks suppliers meet UK health and safety standards and ISO 9001 which sets the global quality standard that helps organisations such as ours deliver consistent, high-quality work.

How we helped Prospect House Primary School
- We transformed a previously unused grass patch at Prospect House Primary School in North Manchester into an inclusive outdoor adventure playground, with balance beams, climbing frames, obstacle-trails and sensory equipment designed for children of varying abilities.
- The new design used natural timber, artificial-grass and safety surfacing pads to meet safety standards while maximising play value in the compact, irregular outdoors space of the school playground.
- Since installation, the playground has supported improved physical skills, confidence, social interaction, imaginative play and active play.

Trim Trail FAQs
How do we ensure the quality of our individual trim items?
Our in-house designers here at Creative Play are very skilled at producing play equipment from durable materials that supports learning through play, with our diverse range of individual trim items definitely meeting this goal.
Not only is our our individual trim trail range designed and treated to deal with the weather conditions of even the harshest British winter, but the level of challenge and fun offered by our net crossing and tyre crossing options makes them a favourite in any playground.
Trim trails are becoming increasingly popular, understandably so given that they provide the ability for children and young people the chance to climb, swing, balance, slide and enjoy a host of other actions. As noted by the School for Public Health Research, this helps with gross motor skill development, immunity, brain health, physical fitness, self esteem, social development.
How should you choose your ideal individual trim items?
Whether you’re looking for a net, board, beam, bridge or bar, or a combination of multiple options, we’re sure we’ll be able to find the right trim trail accessories for you.
