Here at Creative Play we are constantly striving to provide the best all-around service to our customers. We believe the only way to guarantee this, is to ensure Creative Play look after our customers from the first point of contact right through to the aftercare and maintenance. Due to these beliefs, Creative Play have built a strong team of employees to ensure we do not sub-contract any of our work.

• •   We have our own team of account managers that will be a first point of contact and will always be on the end of the phone for our customers.
• •   We have a team of Play Advisors that will come and visit our customers to gain full information of what’s required for individuals playground developments.

• •   Our design teams then step in, our design teams are all experienced in using 3D CAD Modelling software to produce a high standard visual/area plan and quotation.

• •   As Creative Play manufacture all our equipment right here on site within our factories, we have a great team of production operatives who are highly skilled in the whole manufacturing process e.g joinery, CNC machinery, fabrication etc.

• •   We then have our customer service team who will look after all our customers and liaise with our customers throughout the install process, arranging install dates and surveys etc.
• •   We also have a huge team of installer that install right across the UK and are experienced in delivering a high quality playground to all our customers. They are fully trained on Health and Safety to guarantee you are kept in safe hands.

• •   And finally our aftercare and maintenance teams will always look after you once you have your new playground available for use.

Our staff are also DBS checked before being allowed onto any site.

All the playground equipment we design, manufacture and install is all created right here in Chester within our offices/factories. We believe this is the only way to guarantee we can personally provide our customers with the best all-round service. Due to this we have built a strong team of employees in each department.
