  2. As we have installed so many playgrounds throughout the UK, we can provide can provide a list of references sites and case studies local to you. This will give you a chance to view our products if required and contact our customers to hear about their experience with Creative Play.
  3. All of our installations are completed to British and European playground safety standards by our own fully trained teams. Each playground development is overseen by one of our dedicated Installation Managers, who will ensure every playground meets the requirements of BSEN 1176 and 1177 and is exactly as you expected. Once the Installation is finished, they will complete a thorough handover with you.
  4. We have over 500 products to choose from in our range. This is to ensure we have something for every customer, as each and every playground is unique and has different requirements. We are also able to add the customer logos to equipment and surfacing.
  5. Creative Play offers some of the most comprehensive product guarantees in the industry and crucially we have been around long enough to be able to stand by and support these. For example, our pressure treated timber is guaranteed for 20 years against rot and infestation and our financial stability means you can rest assured that we have the ability to honour our warranties.
  6. Our Aftersales Department will continue to look after you for years to come following installation, and if required, we can carry out monthly or yearly inspections and maintenance on your play equipment. We will remind you on an annual basis when this is due and complete accordingly.
  7. All of our installation teams at Creative Play are DBS/CRB checked on starting employment. All the teams are accustomed to working on customer sites and fully understand the requirement for the highest levels of Health and Safety, as well as conducting themselves in the appropriate manner. We will provide certificates without hesitation when required.

We understand that our customers have to consider all budgets and finances during playground developments, because of this we offer all our customers expert funding advice to assist with a process that can be pretty daunting. Creative Play have been able to guide many customers towards the right funding providers and help with funding ideas. In 2012 we also contributed more than £350,000 to our customer’s projects to ensure the right playground equipment is provided for the right location.
