About Lyndsey

Aftersales Co-ordinator is a varied role that provides support to the aftersales team that includes our Aftersales Manager, 3x Maintenance Engineers and 1x Inspector.

This includes communicating with customers via email or telephone to provide a solution to problems with their play equipment, raising quotations, sales orders and scheduling repairs. Ordering tools, materials, skips etc for the scheduled repairs. Also, arranging maintenance inspections, uploading , fi ling reports and providing follow up quotations based on report findings.

Most days involves arranging accommodation for our engineers attending any scheduled jobs and I will liaise with the team for job updates and communicate this back to our customers.
Once the job is completed I will provide completion paperwork and feedback surveys to our customers.

Hobbies

I am a member of an adult Cheerleading squad, and have been competing nationally with them for the last 9 years. Also I have very recently I have joined a local rock choir.

Fun Fact

I still can recite the whole of the Bart Simpson rap that I performed on stage at school when I was 12!
