- Liaising with Creative Play Installation teams and contractors daily to ensure works are carried out.
- Provide an update daily for the installation managers on the current jobs.
- Speak with customers and provide updates where needed.
- Support Project managers ensuring they have all information regarding install plans and instructions.
- Liaise with design department to put together job packs/paperwork ready for Project Managers.
- Order tools, aggregates and skips as required, raising purchase orders on our accounting system.
- Confirm schedule of work dates with customers
- General Administration duties such as filing, printing & scanning
