About Claire

I manage our aftersales & maintenance department looking after a team of 4 field based Operatives and Operational Inspectors who cover the length and breadth of the country maintaining and inspecting our customers' playground equipment.

I oversee all incoming maintenance enquiries that come in to us and have set myself a rule of responding if not within the hour definitely within the same day providing the best possible customer service!!

I love seeing how the department has grown over the last few years and continues to grow with so many returning customers which is testament to the aftersales service they receive.

Hobbies

I enjoy long walks with my 2 Labradors Lola & Narla , lazy weekend afternoons with wine & cheese watching a scary film and doing the odd escape room. We are also a family of Formula 1 fans!

Fun Fact

I managed to almost drown in the Dead Sea although apparently impossible!
