St Lawrence C of E Primary School

Wanting to add a number of trim trail items to it’s large grassed play area, St Lawrence C of E Primary School got in contact with Creative Play in regards to adding some exciting new play equipment. Primarily accessed by KS1 pupils, St Lawrence wanted to provide a number of physical play pieces that offered challenging, but age-appropriate, play opportunities.

Together we decided on a small linear circuit that took up one length of the grassed area; leaving a large section free for unstructured play. Popular trim trail items such as our Tyre Crossing, Rope Walk and Crawling Net were chosen by the school to provide a varied range of play opportunities; such as traversing, balancing and climbing. We also added our Jungle Climber Mini climbing structure to the area to provide a play piece that could be used by larger numbers of pupils at one time and be utilised for group play.
