Our Lady of Grace Catholic Primary School

Our Lady of Grace Catholic Junior School contacted Creative Play looking to develop an old condemned play area for their KS2 children. The existing equipment and surface was to be removed and replaced with physical equipment using funds from their PE and Sport Premium Funding.

We incorporated a Trim Trail area consisting of Chin Up Bars, Tyre Crossing, Stilts and an A-frame Climbing Blocks. We also created a fitness area which included an Air Skier, Arm and Pedal Bike, Air Walker and Cross Country Skier. Wetpour safety surfacing was then laid under a selection of the products to allow for all-weather use and ensure both zones met all BSEN1176/1177 safety standards.

The transformed area now promotes physical activity and falls within the Active Playground category for the PE and Sport Premium Funding.
