All our products are made to order by expert craftspeople at our Chester HQ before being assembled on-site.

You don’t need to worry about logistics – we handle everything. Orders are securely packed and transported directly to your site.

We use our own vehicles or trusted transportation partners to ensure your order arrives on time and in perfect condition.

FREE Installation when a minimum spend is met.

We offer a full installation service for all our products, manufactured to ISO9001 quality standards. For supply-only orders, detailed instructions are provided.

Our installations are carried out by skilled teams across the UK, many of whom are longstanding employees. Each project is overseen by a dedicated Project Manager, ensuring smooth progress and clear communication.

For some installations, we use carefully selected, highly skilled subcontractors, all rigorously vetted and supervised by a Project Manager to maintain our high standards.

Once installation is complete, an RPII-qualified inspector ensures compliance with BSEN 1176 and BSEN 1177 safety standards.
