Coronavirus (COVID-19) – Creative Play Commitment

Coloured Bar

Creative Play are working hard to ensure that, in these extraordinarily challenging times, the health and safety of all our staff, customers and business partners is our absolute priority, as such we have introduced a number of measures to facilitate personal health, safety and business continuity. We have the facility to provide both virtual or contactless consultations, design presentations, pre-start surveys and project sign offs. We have introduced a number of technological solutions to support this – below we have provided information on how we have adapted our business to continue to provide our services to ALL of our customers. At this moment in time, we are unable to conduct any contactless meetings as we are following all government guidelines. The information has been provided below to demonstrate how we will conduct our business once we are able to reintroduce a contactless option. We would like to take this opportunity to wish all of our employees, customers and business partners well during this time. We remain committed to providing fantastic, high quality playgrounds for children throughout the UK.

Step 1 – Initial Contact

Contact us and let us know that you are wanting to start your playground development.
You can do this via a multitude of channels including:

Contact Methods

Step 2 – Consultation

Following on from your initial contact enquiry, once we have received your playground plans along with photographs of the area of development and the access route, we will conduct a consultation via our virtual method – details of how this will be conducted have been provided below.

Following government guidelines, contactless consultations are currently unavailable – the below information has been provided to demonstrate our commitment once we are advised we can conduct contactless meetings.

Step 3 – Proposal

Our Playground Design team will take your ideas and can create phenomenal 3D & 2D designs of any outdoor space, to allow you to envisage your future playground development.

As designers and manufacturers of playground equipment we have the ability to create bespoke products so that you can choose specific colours, components and personalisation features.

A Playground Designer will then produce your full proposal including a quotation and design.

Step 4 – Presentation

Once we have created your proposal we will:

• Send your proposal over to you via email
• Schedule a telephone call to discuss your quotation and designs (if applicable)

This will allow us to explain in detail the benefits of the products, the layout and flow of the playground along with the technical aspects of the project.

Designing a playground can be an iterative process and we are happy to work with you to make as many amendments as you like to achieve your dream playground.

Step 5 – Site Survey

Once you have decided on your design and have placed your order we will need to do a Site Survey.

Again we can conduct this both virtually or contactless depending on your preference – details of how are below.

Following government guidelines, contactless site surveys are currently unavailable – the below information has been provided to demonstrate our commitment once we are advised we can conduct contactless meetings.

Step 6 – Installation

Once you have placed your order and we have conducted our contactless or virtual site survey, our installation teams will arrive on the date agreed to build your new playground.

Following government guidelines, our installation service is currently unavailable – the below information has been provided to demonstrate our commitment once we are advised we can conduct construction.

Once advised we can construct,  during the installation we will adhere to the following as advised by the government:

• Keep 2 meters away from any individual
• Not make any physical contact for example shaking hands
• Ensuring regular hand washing and the use of hand sanitiser by all staff
• Follow any specific requirements you may have during this time

Our teams can be completely self-sufficient, and would therefore not require access to welfare facilities this means we will not need to enter any buildings with the exception of accessing the area of development if necessary.
