About Amy

As Product Design manager, I look after the Product Design department here at Creative play. The Product design team and I focus on understanding the requirements of our young users, continuously looking to update and design fun and engaging playground equipment to enrich their play experiences.

When designing and updating products we always consider safety standards and materials used to ensure the longevity and sustainability of our products. The design process involves utilizing our advanced CAD (Computer Aided Design) software to create play equipment, technical drawings, and 3D visuals. We then use these designs to create manufacturing programmes for our CNC and Drilling machines. Finally, we collaborate closely with our production team throughout the on-site manufacturing process.

I look forward to continuing to contribute to Creative Play's success by expanding our play range and delivering innovative solutions that inspire and delight children of all ages!

Hobbies

Exploring new destinations and embarking on camping adventures is a true passion of mine. Just recently, I had a great two-week camping trip across Cornwall.
Additionally, I really enjoy hiking, climbing and cycling. Beyond outdoor activities, I have an appreciation for food and love to cook.

Fun Fact

My favourite camping trip would have to be when I went across North America, on this trip I hiked into the centre of the Grand Canyon, slept among wild Elk and attended a strangers wedding in Las Vegas.
