Daisy Made Farm approached Creative Play at the Farm Business Innovation Show as they were looking to renovate their outdoor area. They wanted to include a selection of play equipment to help expand their business, and provide additional facilities for families attending.
The existing area consisted of a rabbit hut, several play tyres and free standing equipment offering only a small amount of play value.
After seeing one of our Jigsaw Towers displayed at the Farm Business Innovation Show, Daisy Made Farm opted to develop their area with a single Jigsaw Tower and a Dart Activity Frame (which are both packed full of play features that allow multiple children to play together at one time) along with a number of Playboards and one of our Timber Cabins to add even more play value.
The equipment was spaced across the area and Rubber Mulch Surfacing was laid beneath the equipment to firstly ensure the area met all BSEN standards, but also to offer an all-weather play surface.
The Rubber Mulch was laid in green with brown mud splashes to fit the natural aesthetics of the farm and to create different play zones.
Overall, this rustic development has added a heap of new play opportunities for children of all ages and has really rejuvenated the area, offering a great resource and focal point for the business.
