Playground Installer

Creative Play UK Ltd is a market leading educational partner within the outdoor playground equipment industry. For more than 25 years we have been designing, manufacturing and installing playground equipment and outdoor play areas. We specialise in providing top quality playground equipment for Schools, Holiday Parks, Local Authorities, Visitor Attractions, Private Day Nurseries, Pubs, and Community Groups.

Our Operations department is seeking to expand the number of teams they have installing equipment around the country and as such are looking for Installers to join their team.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Install playground equipment to meet safety standards
• Organise the site ensuring it is safe for yourself, the customer and children
• Keep to strict time constraints
• Liaise with customers to arrange sign off on completion
• Complete expenses including all receipts
• Staying away 4 nights per week – accommodation is booked for you and you will receive subsistence payments

The ideal candidate for this role will have the following skills, qualities, and experience:

• Full, clean driving license – essential
• Previous experience in a construction or groundworks environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent organisational skills
• Excellent time keeping skills
• Be presentable and courteous
• Experience with power tools
• CSCS Card would be an advantage

This is a permanent role subject to a clear DBS check and successful completion of the probationary period.

You must be willing to travel and be prepared to stay away 4 nights a week.
