Creative Play are continually striving to improve business, products, and services for our customers. As part of this commitment, we have worked towards achieving respected awards and accreditations that reflect the standards we operate to and the values we uphold.

Each accreditation brings its own specific benefits and requires rigorous assessment before it is awarded, ensuring that only organisations meeting high standards of quality, safety, and professionalism are recognised.

If you’re unsure what each accreditation represents, we’ve provided a simple breakdown below to help you understand what they mean and the level of commitment involved in achieving them.

Association of Play Industries (API) Members

API membership requires adherence to a strict code of practice, giving customers added confidence and reassurance beyond non-members. As the leading trade organisation for the play industry, the API promotes best practice and works collaboratively to support the industry, customers, and suppliers.

ISO 9001 from British Assessment Bureau

ISO 9001 is the world’s leading Quality Management System (QMS) standard, helping organisations consistently deliver high levels of quality, performance, and customer service. The accreditation demonstrates a commitment to continual improvement, efficient processes, and maintaining recognised international standards across all areas of the business.
