Our WORK OUT Leg Raises product has been designed to help develop core and lower body strength. It targets many different muscles groups including abdominal, hip and upper thighs.
Constructed from durable 120mm x 120mm timbers, stainless steel and no moving parts, makes it perfect for playgrounds, parks and more!

All of our WORK OUT Outdoor Fitness Equipment timbers are pressure treated and sanded to produce a high quality finish. All of the metal is stainless steel to offer a durable finish and prevent rust.
All WORK OUT products come with a 15 year guarantee and exercise instructions.
