Leg Raises
Our WORK OUT Leg Raises has been designed to help develop core and lower body strength. It targets many different muscles groups including abdominal, hip and upper thighs.
Constructed from durable 120mm x 120mm timbers, stainless steel and no moving parts, makes it perfect for playgrounds, parks and more!
Key Features:
All of our WORK OUT Outdoor Fitness Equipment timbers are pressure treated and sanded to produce a high quality finish. All of the metal is stainless steel to offer a durable finish and prevent rust.
All WORK OUT products come with a 15 year guarantee and exercise instructions.
NOTE:
All Adult WORK OUT items (starting with codes GYM2..) are intended for people aged 14 years and up and must be at least 1.4m tall. Depending on the area of installation either BSEN 1176 (standards associated with outdoor playground environments ) or BSEN 16630 standards (associated with outdoor gym equipment) apply – our Creative Play team will be able to advise you on which one is applicable to you.
