Unlike many rigs in the marketplace, these Outdoor Fitness Rigs combine parts of our traditional outdoor gym range, with various overhead ladders and elite exercises so that everybody can benefit from this unique offering. You don’t need to be super strong or fit to start on the rigs, everything is based on bodyweight resistance so you can begin your fitness journey from day 1 building up to the more advanced exercises as you progress.
