Sensory Teepee
The Sensory Teepee provides a sheltered, multi-use space designed to encourage sensory exploration, creative activities, fine motor development and collaborative play. With a combination of tactile and interactive features, children can explore different textures, make marks and engage with the structure in a variety of ways.
The tactile grass panel and sensory flower panel provide different textures and sensory experiences, encouraging children to touch, explore and interact with the features while supporting tactile and visual stimulation. The chalkboard encourages mark making and fine motor skills, while the sensory features provide opportunities for children to develop hand control, coordination and dexterity through play.
The sheltered space can also inspire imaginative play and role play, allowing children to create their own scenarios while developing communication and social skills. The multi-use design supports inclusive and collaborative play, allowing children with different abilities and sensory needs to explore and interact together. A colourful and engaging addition to inclusive playgrounds, accessible play areas, schools, nurseries and early years settings.
