Mount Carmel Primary School had two areas that they wanted to develop. The school wanted the first area to be dedicated to physical and imaginative play.
Their second area was a series of fenced, paved areas which were quite overgrown, they wanted this to be a dedicated area for the children to relax and socialise.

DESIGN
As the first area was to be centered on physical and imaginative play, we decided to install a wide range of equipment which included the Zenith Two Multi tower system packed with play features. We also decided on a selection of role play equipment including our fantastic Galleon.
Our Rubber Mulch Safety Surfacing was then installed under the equipment to ensure that the area met all British and European safety standards.
To encourage imaginative role play, we transformed the tarmac area with a Wetpour roadway and completely cleared the second area before installing new fencing, chalkboards, whiteboards and a miniature digging garden.

The area was then finished with the installation of our Wetpour safety surfacing in an eyecatching blue and yellow design.

INSTALLATION
The installation at Mount Carmel Primary School is one that we are very proud of. In a short time, we successfully transformed the two existing areas into spaces within the playground that the children would benefit from for many years to come. The variety of equipment installed ensured that the areas will remain fun and engaging while providing the children with a challenge so they can test and develop their skills.
