Honilands Primary School

Honilands Primary School wanted to develop their smaller play area and update the existing playground equipment. Due to the unusual dimensions of the site, they wanted to incorporate the most play features possible in the area they had. The play space was accessed by all their pupils so it was essential that the playground equipment was suitable for KS1 & KS2 pupils

We instantly thought our Dart Activity Centre would be perfect. Packed with exciting play features including a tyre swing, climbing net, clatterbridge and classic slide, it consists of a wide variety of challenging play features great for promoting physical play in the playground.

To complete the design and conform to BSEN 1176 and BSEN 1177 safety standards, we decided on Wetpour Safety Surfacing underneath the Dart Activity Centre in a black and green fleck option. This is also a great way of highlighting a key piece of playground equipment as well a providing a durable, all-weather playground surface.
