GEFCO

THE BRIEF GEFCO, a global logistics company for manufacturers, regularly organise team building exercises and this year, rather than spending large amounts of money on their usual activities, they decided to do something memorable locally; something that would leave a lasting memory.

Therefore they decided to assist a local school, Exhall Grange School, with their outdoor play development. They wanted to provide the school with a large play piece that would stimulate the pupils’ imaginations, all of who have various special needs.

Following this, GEFCO contacted Creative Play to support them with this activity. GEFCO had already decided they wanted to provide a pirate ship to encourage fun, imaginative role play, all of which GEFCO funded.

We worked closely with GEFCO during the installation process to ensure the equipment was installed to all the safety standards required, and allowed them to work with our installation team throughout the team building exercise. We had tight deadlines to meet and wanted to ensure these were all met to GEFCO’s satisfaction. It was such a great experience working with all at GEFCO, especially for such a great cause.
