News Marlborough3 | Time To Play: Our Cooper'S Meadow Transformation For Marlborough Town Council | Creative PlayCreative Play came across Marlborough Town Council’s tender for the development of Cooper’s Meadow Play Area and decided to apply for the works.

Their brief included removing the existing equipment and replacing with play pieces that had a very natural look and feel; it was also important to be sympathetic towards the surrounding environment. Our suggested items for the play area included a variety of Round Timber Swings, Jigsaw multi play units, for younger and older children, as well as a Jungle Climber climbing frame; this ensured children of all ages would be able to enjoy, and be challenged, by the new play space.

We met with the council to conduct a site survey and to confirm all details. We then created our proposed bid/quotation alongside large 3D visuals and designs of the proposed play area – these were then taken to a local public consultation.

After a positive public consultation, and with the local community behind us, we were then able to proceed with the manufacture and installation of the proposed community play space.
